Dear customers! Whether you live next to the Eiffel Tower or in a small village in the United States, we can deliver the equipment to you. We work with express companies such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, with only one mission: to deliver your products safely!

How fast is the delivery time? Fast enough to satisfy you!

We understand the pain of waiting, so we are very concerned about speed:

  • For products in stock: we will pack and ship them as soon as the order is placed (or the next working day at the latest)!
  • For out-of-stock products: it takes a little time to manufacture the product, about 1-3 working days to get it done, and then arrange for delivery immediately!

The relationship between shipping cost and speed is as follows:

  • For orders less than 190 euros: “Standard Logistics” is used, and it will arrive in your hands in about 7-13 working days.
  • For orders over 190 euros: we automatically upgrade to “Express Service”, which will be delivered in 5-8 working days, which is extremely fast.

Of course, holidays, snowstorms, and deliverymen being stuck on the road may cause the package to be slightly delayed.

In a hurry? For a date? For a gift? Don’t worry, we support expediting:

  • Standard Logistics → Express Logistics: Add a little money, and the speed will be immediately increased.
  • Express Logistics → Express Expedited: Add a little extra fee, we will give the courier more freight to let the courier give priority to your goods.

Remember to select the “expedited” option when placing an order, and we can arrange an expedited plan for you!

Where is the package? We will tell you!

Once the package is shipped, we will immediately send you an email with the logistics tracking number. You can use the logistics tracking number to check every step of the package’s journey at any time.

If you find that the package is “lost” while walking, don’t panic, contact us, we will work together to find it back!

Is there anything else to pay attention to in transportation?

Is the customs clearance a bit slow? Especially for international orders, customs may be “curious” about your package, and it is common to delay it for one or two days.
How is the shipping fee calculated? Standard shipping is free! But if you want the courier to run faster, you have to add some expedited shipping fees.

We rest on holidays, and couriers also have holidays: if you place an order during the holidays, please be patient and wait a little.

Safety first, the package is guaranteed!

Your package can be tracked throughout the journey, and the courier company also provides insurance. If there is any accident such as “the package is lost”, don’t panic, please take a photo, write down the information, and contact us. We will help you to deal with it to the end, and re-ship or refund will be arranged properly if necessary.
